A: Our aluminum frames (6061/6082-T6) have a lifespan of 20+ years. The PVC fabric typically lasts 8-10 years.

Q: Are your tents safe for high winds and snow?

A: Yes. We provide professional structural calculation reports confirming the ability to withstand wind loads up to 80-120 km/h (depending on span).

Q: Do you provide fire certification for the PVC fabric?

A: Absolutely. Our fabrics are fire-retardant and comply with international standards, including NFPA 701, DIN 4102 B1, and M2 certifications.

A: Our standard term is FOB Shanghai Port. We can also quote CIF or EXW upon request.

Q: What is your lead time for standard structures?

A: Production lead time is usually 3 to 4 weeks after deposit confirmation. Custom designs may take longer.
